|This research is motivated by the question of how to put the appropriate dijabatan employees at PT. Sun Motor Wonosobo. Many prospective employees who do not fit the criteria for fulfilling positions available. Therefore PT.SUN Motor Wonosobo using a SPK system to determine the appropriate position for prospective employees. The purpose of this study which is to obtain data about prospective employees who signed up, and what criteria are used in PT. Sun Motor Wonosobo.This study uses Profile Matching. The study was conducted with data collection are interviews with potential employers. Research interviews using some of the questions that can be inputted into the application SPK. Data already inputted will obtain the results of the assessment in the form of numeric values that can be used as a reference for determining positions for prospective employees.The results obtained by these studies can be concluded satisfactorily because the system used can properly assess whether employees are suitable candidates to the position to be taken. PT.SUN Motor Wonosobo no longer going to be confused for placement of prospective employees because it can easily match the results that already exist in this SPK system.
