The purpose of this research is to build a system capable of dealing with complaints or public complaints properly and make efficient information system design and user friendly making it easy to use the community in making a complaint or grievance. The method to be used is a prototype model that can be used to connect a customer misunderstanding about the technical issues and clarify customer requirements specification to software developers. The technique of collecting data through observation, interviews and library method. The results of this analysis, information systems of public complaints against the quality of public services are in accordance with what is expected so worthy to be used / implemented. Application of websites that have been built successfully display a page menu like the main menu, menu profiles districts randudongkal, menu registration / register, menu data input user profile, menu complaint, menu user login, the login menu admin, admin menu, menu data register, menu profile data user, menu complaint data, and menu to print reports of data such as print data register, print the user profile data, and print complaint data.|
