Determination of outstanding students who deserve to be an model student in every school must have done to improve the quality of schools and improving teacher quality. model student is a student who has the ability of all aspects of judging a good academic, achievement, religious or behavior that can be said is a model student personal pride for the students and the school.The problem often faced by teachers, the difficulty in selecting outstanding students who deserve to be an model student, a low level of teacher observations of students, lack of objectivity assessment because there are still some outstanding students who are not selected to be an model Student. then the decision support system may be one way to help determine the choice of alternatives.In this research method used is the method of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) in which the accounting system can be done by providing an alternative scale of values and value criteria.The results of the AHP calculations can then be implemented into an application web-based decision support system. Data collection methods used were observation, interviews, and literature. System development method used is prototype method where in the process using the DFD and ERD in the design of the system. Results of the research is to design and build an application decision support system to determine student achievement worthy of being a model student using a web-based AHP. Results of testing the system using black box testing found that the system can be built, can run and can be implemented, so that in accordance with what has been constructed so as to minimize a problem.
