Animasi 2 Dimensi Cerita Rakyat "Pusaka Setan Kober"

Folklore is a story that comes from ancestors and passed down through generations containing moral values , educate and also entertain. In each region has different folklore with other regions and contains its own characteristics. In the area of Banyumas there is a folklore of devil kober herloom that tells about the origin of places in the area around Banyumas and contains noble values. But over the development of the era of folklore began to be forgotten and eliminated existence, therefore by using the expected animation folklore from the area of Banyumas can be known again by the community. The purpose of this research is to create 2-dimensional animation devil kober heirloom folklore so that people can recognize the folklore and preserve the moral values contained in it. In this research, data collection method is done by observation, literature study and questionnaire. This research uses waterfall system development method according to Suyanto, M and Arianto, Y consisting of three stages: pre production, production and post production. The technique used in making animation using frame by frame in combination with tweening animation. The result of this research is 2 dimensional animation of folklore devil kober heirloom which is expected able to preserve cultural value and moral message contained inside it.
