Kinerja Pemerintah Desa Dalam Pelayanan Publik di Desa Kedungurang Kecamatan Gumelar Kabupaten Banyu

ABSTRACT The village as the smallest part of the administrative system of Government in Indonesia, claimed to be able to follow the technological developments and continue to improve their ability in managing data on population of the village administration as contained Banyumas Regency Area in Regulation number 1 of the year 2016. The current villages which are located in Central Java, in the system of administrative service of population of the village is still plenty conventional nature. It imposes to villages or villagers, where frequent human error, as well as a waste of time and cost. The focus of the research that is using the methods of data collection such as observation, interview and questionnaire that comply with COBIT 5. Is using the framework COBIT 5 on domain monitor, evaluate and assess (MEA) in Banyumas Regency, Kedungurang Village Office of the calculation capability level on COBIT 5 showed Kedungurang Village Office is located on level 2 (manage process). MEA01 analysis results consisting of 5 control objective and all control the objective is met or 100%. MEA02 consisting of 8 control objective with 100% results. And MEA03 which consists of 4 control objective and all of them are met with 100% results. With a value of 2 and the information systems Office of village Kedungurang has been running pretty well and was able to achieve the goals of the business establishments are competitive and efficiency in the use of information technology.
