Aplikasi Pembelajaran Pramuka Berbasis Android Sebagai Media Pembelajaran Kegiatan Pramuka di SDN 1

ABSTRACT Android is a mobile operating system is an open platform, the operating system that allows third parties to make developments in the application. It encourages higher interest developers to innovate in creating new applications that can meet the needs of both consumer entertainment, public information and education. The intent and purpose of this research is to meet the educational needs of personality education and skills, which is packed in a scout learning. The material taught in Scouting includes assessing the engineering, mapping, first aid, ciphers, Morse's history, the history of scouting, semaphore and rigging. Scout Education was instrumental in shaping the character of the nation that is superior, so that learning in Scouting became very important for this diperhatikan.Saat necessary learning materials Scout method is more dynamic and interesting so that the scouts are more interested in studying it. Above background is exactly the problem, this study was made with the purpose of utilizing the Android device as a medium of learning support materials in Scouting. To obtain the necessary data used interview method and methods of literature. Making these applications using Adobe Flash Professional CS6 software with the programming language ActionScript 3.0, Adobe Photoshop CS3, and CorelDraw X5. Multimedia systems development methodologies Development Life Cycle (MDLC) Luther-Sutopo version, which consists of six stages: consept, design, collecting materials, assembly, testing, distribution. The conclusion of this study is to create a learning application based on Android Scouts as Scout media interactive learning materials and practical. Advice from the author of Scout completeness of the materials developed are even better and more compelling application design so appealing to users.
