Rancang Bangun Multimedia Video Iklan Pesona Wisata Purbalingga Sebagai Media Promosi

Purbalingga regency has many local tourism objects governed by local Department of Culture Tourism Youth and Sport. Tourism of Purbalingga offers tourist attraction that has many charms and features that are typical in those places. Nonetheless, the lack of attention given by the government particularly in term of promotion that has become a hurdle to the advancement of tourism in Purbalingga. Now the activity of promotion still using print media and radio media. The purpose of this research was to know the supporting and inhibiting factors the activity of promotion of Culture Tourism Youth and Sport Department in Purbalingga Regency. The data collection techniques were interviews, observation, documentation, and literature. The collected data were analyzed by following the procedures: data collection, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. This research applied development system method by employing MDLC method (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) from Luther-Sutopo consisting of six stages: making the concept (concept), design (design), the collection of material (material collecting), making (assembly), testing (testing) and distribution (distribution). Results from this research Department of Culture Tourism Youth and Sport have the shape of video contains advertising tourist charms Purbalingga Regency.
