Analisis Kepuasan Pengguna Dengan Metode Fuzzy Servqual Terhadap Website Amikom Purwkerto www.amikom

Information technology has become very important , it can be seen from the use of information technology , especially the Internet is not only used in the trade field alone . Various benefits of information technology such as the Internet is given , by making the process of disseminating information and all means of communication is faster, easier to access and cheaper without the constraints of distance and time . The method used to measure user satisfaction is the method of Fuzzy SERVQUAL ( Service Quality) . Servqual method for measuring quality of service attributes of each dimension , so the value will be a gap ( gap ) which represents the difference between the perceptions of consumers and service received with expectations for service will be accepted . While Fuzzy theory is used to examine the attributes that exist in servqual (service quality ) . This research is to integrate both methods. Results of this study are expected to know how much the level of user satisfaction and how much value gap ( gap ) is generated by using Fuzzy servqual.
